Peach Full’s Peach Cobbler
When i first chose to make this after i was attending UGA one summer time quarter. A buddy’s father were built with a peach orchard and also the friend introduced us a bushel of fresh peaches which recipe. I managed to get in my boyfriend who, I discovered later, hated peach cobbler… until he sampled my cobbler created using this recipe. The boyfriend has become my hubby of 10 years which is still a frequently asked for dessert.
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
2-quart microwave dish
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup dairy
4 cups sliced peaches
Vanilla frozen treats
Melt 1 stick of butter inside a 2 quart microwave dish. Inside a separate dish, mix 1 cup of self-rising flour and 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of dairy. Mix these 3 elements
completely. Increase the melted butter.
Add 4 glasses of sliced peaches (sweetened to taste) and don’t STIR.
Bake at 375 levels F for 40 minutes or until browning is noted.
This really is excellent offered while warm. For added flavor, top with vanilla frozen treats. Serves 6.
NOTE: Canned or frozen peaches might be replaced for fresh. If plain flour can be used, add 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
